What is Fit in Fitness?

Fit in Fitness is a practical, science-backed system that shows you how to create a 15-minute daily movement habit—one that fits seamlessly into even the busiest life.

Women 40–60+ facing menopause, cancer or injury recovery, or major life transitions often feel disconnected from their bodies and overwhelmed by mainstream fitness. Carly Fauth’s method rewires how you think about exercise so it becomes something you want to do, not another chore.

No gym. No equipment. No guilt. Just a flexible plan that works anywhere, anytime.

How Does Fit in Fitness Work?

Fit in Fitness is designed to be fail-proof and flexible. You’ll learn how to:

  • Build Your 15-Minute Habit - A simple framework to mix strength, cardio, and flexibility—at home, in the kitchen, at your desk—anywhere.

  • Use Habit Anchors - Attach movement to things you already do: squats while the coffee brews, calf raises during scrolling breaks, stretches between Zoom calls

  • Customize Your Plan - Choose from Carly’s menu of 18 proven moves and rotate them like meal-prepping for workouts

  • Stay Consistent Without Willpower - Shift from all-or-nothing workouts to small daily wins that compound into 90+ hours of exercise a year

When You “Fit in Fitness,” You’ll...

Rebuild Trust in Your Body

Move confidently—even after illness, surgery, or years of inactivity.

Boost Energy & Mood

Just 10–15 minutes of moderate activity reduces fatigue and lifts endorphins for hours

Sleep Better

Regular movement regulates circadian rhythm for deeper, more restorative rest.

Sharpen Focus & Memory

Short workouts increase blood flow to the brain, improving clarity and reducing anxiety

Protect Bones & Joints

Frequent micro-sessions maintain bone density and joint health, lowering injury risk.

Is Fit in Fitness Right for Me?

If you’ve ever said…

  • “I’m afraid of getting hurt or re-injured.”

  • “I feel too far gone to start again.”

  • “I don’t have time.”

…then yes.

Fit in Fitness is for high-achieving, empathetic women who want to feel strong and at home in their bodies without punishing workouts or endless schedules

Meet Your Instructor:
Carly Fauth

Carly Fauth is not your typical fitness coach. She’s a fitness mentor, podcast host, and triple-negative breast-cancer survivor who turned her own healing journey into a movement that’s helping women everywhere reclaim their strength and confidence.

From Survivor to Mentor

Before creating Fit in Fitness, Carly spent years teaching group classes and personal training clients who felt overwhelmed by the “all-or-nothing” approach of mainstream fitness. Then life handed her the ultimate test: a breast cancer diagnosis and a double mastectomy. During treatment and recovery, Carly relied on her own 15-minute method - short, consistent sessions of strength, cardio, and mobility to rebuild her health safely and sustainably

You don’t need more time.
You need a plan you can actually keep.
