Brand Philosophy
At Fit In Fitness, we believe that life's transitions don't have to mean disconnection from your body—they can be doorways to a deeper, more compassionate relationship with movement.
We see you: the woman navigating menopause, recovering from illness, healing from injury, or weathering life's storms. We know that traditional fitness culture has failed you with its one-size-fits-all approach and unrealistic expectations that ignore your real experience.
You don't need to be fixed—you need to be met where you are.
Our philosophy is simple: fitness should fit your life, not force you to fit into someone else's idea of what healthy looks like. We create safe spaces where former athletes can reconnect without comparison, where busy women can find 15 minutes that matter, and where healing happens through movement that honors your body's wisdom.
We believe in progress over perfection, connection over competition, and gentle strength over grinding harder. Because when you move without shame, when fitness finally fits, you don't just get your body back—you reclaim your power.
Welcome to movement that meets you where you are and walks with you toward where you want to be.

About Carly
Hi, I'm Carly—a fitness instructor, fitness mentor, cancer exercise specialist and breast cancer survivor dedicated to helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence through movement that fits their real life.
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've made it my mission to show that fitness isn't just about exercise—it's about empowerment, healing, and joy. I created "Fit In Fitness" on the belief that everyone deserves movement that works with their busy lives, not against it.
As a Cancer Exercise Specialist, I provide safe and effective fitness programs for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers, helping them stay active through treatment and beyond—proving that even 15 minutes a day can make a transformative difference.
Through Fit In Fitness, I've created a supportive, accessible space for former athletes looking to reconnect, people who've "fallen off" their fitness routine, and anyone trying to squeeze movement into a busy life without shame or comparison.
My programs include one-on-one Personal Fit-In Coaching, The 15-Minute Club group coaching, my signature aquatic workout SplasHIIT, and virtual programs designed to make fitness achievable for real people with real lives.
As a triple-negative breast cancer survivor, I know firsthand how powerful movement can be during life's toughest moments. I continued to exercise and teach fitness classes throughout chemotherapy and surgery, and I'm passionate about helping others find their own strength through movement—no matter what their situation.
Whether you're seeking trying to feel better in your body while juggling everything else, training for a specific goal or seeking support during cancer treatment, I'd love to help you fit fitness into your life. Because when fitness fits, everything else falls into place.
