What is The 15 Minute Club?

The 15 Minute Club is a 6-week, live coaching experience designed for women navigating life after changes like menopause, cancer recovery, injury, or a major transition.

Led by fitness expert and cancer survivor Carly Fauth, this program helps you redefine what fitness means for you now so you can move safely, confidently, and joyfully again.

No punishing workouts. No comparison traps. No guilt. Just a compassionate, empowering movement that fits into your life  and helps you fall back in love with your body.

Just imagine a life filled with more…

The 15 Minute Club will help you…

  1. Let go of the all or nothing mindset and create a sustainable movement practice that fits your real life.

  2. Rebuild physical strength, balance, and mobility with low-impact, high-support workouts designed for your current body.

  3. Quiet the noise of fitness overwhelm and find a clear, compassionate plan that actually works for you.

  4. Relieve stress, anxiety, and fatigue through mindful movement that supports emotional healing and mental clarity.

  5. Feel more capable, energized, and empowered in every part of your life — from work to relationships.

  6. Shift fitness from a should to a source of joy, confidence, and connection.

Is The 15 Minute Club right for me?

The 15 Minute Club is for women who want to move again, but on their own terms. It’s for you if you’ve ever said:

  • I’m afraid of getting hurt again.

  • My body just isn’t the same anymore.

  • I don’t know where to start.

  • I want to feel strong, but I’m exhausted.

  • I miss feeling good in my skin.

This program was built for the real, beautiful, changing body you live in now. No judgment. No pressure. Just progress.

Who teaches
The 15 Minute Club?

The 15 Minute Club is led by Carly Fauth, ACSM-ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, fitness instructor, movement mentor, and founder of FitFunCarly.

Carly’s lifelong passion for fitness took on new meaning after her breast cancer diagnosis in 2024. During chemotherapy, she launched her podcast Chemo Coffee Talk from her infusion chair at Dana-Farber — inspiring thousands with her resilience, humor, and heart.

Now cancer-free, Carly helps women everywhere rediscover their strength, one small, safe, joy-filled step at a time. Her book Pray for the Bear shares the same message at the heart of this program: You’re never too far gone to begin again.

Ready to feel confident, strong, and connected again?

Join The 15 Minute Club and start your 6-week transformation today.  Let’s redefine what movement, and healing can feel like.
